To make the necessary equipment for high-end industrial aluminum profiles to improve the quality of aluminum ingots and play a decisive role in the production of aluminum profile products. The on-line aluminum refining device is installed between the holding furnace and the on-line filtering device. The main function of the aluminum liquid is to place the aluminum liquid in the degassing box, and the inert gas is used to generate tiny dispersed bubbles in the aluminum liquid to remove the content of hydrogen and impurities in the aluminum liquid.

    The design of the degassing box fully considers the influence on the degassing effect. It adopts asymmetrical import and export design. The box is integrally sintered with high-strength refractory materials and has a normal service life of 18 months. The thermal insulation layer is made of light-weight thermal insulation material, which has good thermal insulation performance. The box cover is made of light-weight insulation material, and a special built-in molten aluminum inlet and outlet are designed to ensure that the molten aluminum in the furnace is in a sealed state. Keep the inert gas slightly positive pressure in the degassing box to avoid metal oxidation.

    The gas control cabinet designed under the degassing box is mainly used to control the working state of the working gas. There are three pipelines: working inert gas pipeline, emergency gas pipeline, and idle speed pipeline. The three pipelines are equipped with pressure gauges, flow control valves and display instruments. Use digital flowmeter. The working gas is used for degassing, the idle gas is used for intermittent casting, and the emergency gas is used when the main gas source fails and the gas cannot be supplied. Usually, bottled gas is used to maintain the normally open state, and the equipment is in an emergency. Can automatically switch to standby gas. The pressure and flow rate of all gas pipelines can be adjusted manually.

    The electrical control cabinet of the degassing box is used to control the heater to heat and keep the molten aluminum, and to bake the furnace body when the furnace is empty, and can automatically control the temperature. It adopts the thyristor temperature control imported from Germany. The rotor control cabinet controls the rotation speed of the rotor to optimize the degassing and slag removal effect. The speed is steplessly adjustable by the frequency converter, and the speed adjustment range is 0-600RPM; at the same time, the safety and reliability of the equipment are ensured by the interlocking device; By controlling the action of the gas solenoid valve, the switching between the working state and the idle state is realized.

    The aluminum liquid filtration system adopts two-stage filtration, and two filter boxes are connected in series to form two-stage filtration before and after. The front stage uses a 23″*23″*2″ (584*584*50mm) standard filter plate with a mesh size of 30PPI, and the rear stage uses a 23″*23″*2″ (584*584*50mm) standard The filter plate, the mesh number is 50PPI, and the filtration accuracy is >95% (granularity 10μm inclusions). The filter box is equipped with heating and automatic flip cover device.

    The inner lining of the filter box is made of MTN-200, which has the functions of high strength, non-stick aluminum, good thermal shock resistance and easy cleaning. The normal service life is not less than 12 months.

    Equipped with filter plate short flame preheater. The filter plate short flame preheater (MTPH-1I) developed and produced by Shenzhen Maxtor Company effectively solves the problem of rapid preheating of various types of filter plates and filter boxes. During the preheating process, local overheating of the filter plate will not cause surface and internal micro-cracks, which ensures the safe and reliable filtering accuracy of the filter plate.

    The filter plate short flame preheater (MTPH-II) is directly installed on the upper cover of the filter box to achieve uniform and rapid heating by forming a thermal cycle of hot air. The operation is simple and convenient.
